We want you to be happy with your F*O merch. If something doesn't fit or doesn't meet your expectations, you can return your order within the statutory right of withdrawal.
Cancellation period
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a person designated by you received the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must clearly inform us that you wish to cancel the purchase, e.g. by email to: female.only.official@gmail.com

After your cancellation, you must return the goods to us within 14 days.

The buyer bears the costs of the return shipment, unless the goods were delivered faulty or incorrectly.
Please return the items unworn, unwashed, clean and in a resalable condition if possible.
refund
After receiving and inspecting the return, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days via the original payment method.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund in whole or in part if the goods are damaged, heavily used, soiled, or not returned in full.
Shipping costs will only be refunded if required by law or if the return is due to an error on our part.
Faulty or incorrectly delivered items

No right of withdrawal for personalized products.
For products that have been individually made or personalized for you, there is no statutory right of withdrawal, provided they are clearly tailored to your personal wishes.
This includes, for example, items with individual names, special prints, custom-made items or personal adaptations.
Defective or damaged personalized items are of course excluded from this.
